The short version
Every calculation on this site runs entirely in your browser. The dates and details you type into our calculators are never sent to our servers, never stored and never shared. Close the tab and they’re gone.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to understand which pages are popular and how the site is performing, in aggregate. This collects standard, anonymised usage data such as page views, approximate region, device type and referral source. It does not capture the dates or values you enter into the calculators. Google’s use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Advertising
This site displays advertising to keep the tools free to use. We work with the following advertising partners:
- Google AdSense (Google LLC) — Google and its partners may use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google Ad Settings, and learn more in the Google Advertising policy.
- Adsterra — an advertising network that may use cookies or similar technologies to measure and display ads. Their practices are described in the Adsterra Privacy Policy.
These partners act as independent data controllers for the information they collect through their cookies. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Cookies
Cookies are small files placed on your device by the analytics and advertising partners named above. We do not use cookies to store any of the dates or results you enter into the calculators — those are processed entirely in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the calculators will continue to work normally.
Approximate location (birthday twin finder)
The birthday twin finder can highlight famous people from your country first. To do this it makes a single request to a third-party service (ipapi.co) that returns an approximate country based on your IP address. We only use the country name, we do not store it, and the feature falls back to a worldwide list if the lookup is unavailable or you choose a different country from the filter. No other tool on the site uses location.
Your choices
You can control advertising cookies via Google Ad Settings and industry opt-out pages such as aboutads.info/choices and Your Online Choices (EU). Most browsers also let you refuse or delete cookies entirely.
Your rights
Because we don’t collect personal information you submit to the calculators, there’s nothing for us to delete on request. For analytics and advertising data, the respective providers act as data controllers under their own policies.
